1. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, undamaged products in their original packaging for a refund or exchange within this 30-day window.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the item back.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to your original method of payment.
  • If the item is returned damaged or used, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund based on the condition of the returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds:

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery  with a description of the issue and photos of the damage. We will provide instructions on returning the defective product and arrange for a replacement or refund.
